Breaking Out?

The last couple months I've noticed my skin has been...less than blemish free shall we say? This has never been a big issue for me until recently. Is this due to weight loss? It seems strange since I'm not eating as much junk food and I'm drinking much more water...

Have you ever heard of Greens Superfood? Anyways I bought it at Whole Foods and it is suppose to help detoxify the body. I have been taking it for a few weeks and have noticed that my skin looks really good. Also be sure to wash your face after you sweat and every night before bed with an acne wash and use some acne cream with benxoyl peroxide. Good Luck ;)

I have read that heavy workouts and body building can raise cortisol levels, which can in turn cause breakouts. Also higher levels of testosterone will.

I've had a few more big zits than normal this month for some reason as well. I wonder why.

My daughter has a degree in esthetics (skin) and when I work out, I break out. She told me to get some good old fashioned sea breeze (yellow kind) and use it after working out. It really helped with the breakouts. Drinking water is key also. Alot of times your toxins in your body come through your skin when you sweat causing you to break out. As you sweat, your body cleans itself. A good detox might hurry the process up a bit so that one point or another, you wont have as much toxins in your body and therefore wont break out as much when you sweat. Good luck.
