When you find an old Picture of Yourself

I was bored and looking through some albums and came across a photo that made me cringe.
I'm sure most people have had the same reaction when they come across an old photo though so I'm not alone in the reaction.
This is my cringe worthy before pic and my after pic.

    I have one that makes me cringe. For sure! To add insult to injury, it's taken at a company picnic where I'm about to take a big bite out of burger. I have a weight loss/health journal. I have that pic stapled to one of the first pages. I choose not to share it with others (yet). But, it comes in handy some times - especially when I'm beating up on myself. I look at that and say "Look how far you've come girl!" :O)
