33 Year Male- Half way through progress!!

Hello you all!

Never Ever i thought i could loose weight! One fine day i found MFP and very inspired my so many people's incredible metamorphosis ! I am 33 year old 182 cms less active; my last healthy BMI i think when i was in early twenty's!

I started on MFP 70 days ago and lost about 14 kilo's! It was hard initially but as i kept going it all became very easy. I would tell few things.
1. I NEVER GAVE UP MY FAV FOODS
2. NEVER SLEPT HUNGRY HUNGRY ( ofcourse intial period was bit difficult)
3. TREADMILL 30 MIN ALMOST EVERYDAY ( did give miss few days!)
4. LOADS & LOADS of vegetables and fruits AND VARIETY OF SALADS ( my fav ones are tangerines) AND LOADS OF H20.
5. DAILY LOGGING OF MFP AND READING SUCCESS STORIES - BIGGEST +VE PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT
6.NEVER GAVE UP MY PARTIES AND TREATS BUT WAS CAREFUL ABOUT PORTIONS
7.DAILY CAL 1200


I can feel my ribs for the first time now! i feel so much light and easy with by body.
