strawberries

Strawberries are the one food I can not control myself around (ok maybe pizza and wings when I'm drunk). I eat like 20 sometimes at once. It feels like I'm gorging. Is this gorging? My tummy feels heavy, and extra full after. What is a "normal" amount of strawberries for people?

I eat a container at a time =P If it's the only food you do it with, no bigs right?
I'd say a normal amount is >1 cup sliced?

1 cup sliced is what I try to eat. I love eating them with cottage cheese and honey.

I love strawberries & a cup is 60 cal. I buy them in those pound containers, a pound is 16 oz which is 2 cups. If I can gorge myself on something I love & that fills me up for 120 calories, why not? I do try to eat half the carton at a time though so that I don't feel stuffed.

I love strawberries and eat a cup of them everyday. The key to not over-indulging on them is to cut and measure them out and put them in individual containers so you're only consuming one serving.
