I was so scared to post a recent picture of myself because I was not seeing a difference. Im now 19 pounds lighter, 10 since I been on MFP and thought I would share. Here I go what do you guys think and I have on the same outfit, tried to do the same pose lol

    If I click on the photo and open it in a new tab, I can see both pictures. I definitely see the difference in your hips! You are doing great!
