    difference of 175 lbs to 157 lbs. who knew 18 pounds made such a difference in the face?

    You all look so amazing! The before and after pics show tremendous weight loss for all of you. I think its a great a idea to show them because it helps keep people like me motivated as well as a reminder for yourselves :). I can't wait to one day soon post mine. Congrats to everyone!

    I just started, so I don't have any to post yet...but I have gathered inspiration from this thread and will probably revisit it often to keep myself pumped up. I agree with FitnessWins! :)

    Its so much more about losing weight from our bodies. Look at these beautiful faces! Look how happy and confident they are in the afters - the smiles make me so happy.
