a short girl 5 months of hard work

I started Turbo Fire last November 14, 2011. I have a long story but I'd save it until I get to my MAIN GOAL. This is 5 months of hard work. My progress is slow but steady. I joined MFP a little over two months ago & the support system is amazing. I am also lucky to have a group of personal friends that are mothers just like me (my Mamastes). They are behind me ALL the time & they are my cheerleaders. Thank you all. I am NOT done yet!!!

The before pics was taken by a Canon camera (November of last year). The after pics was taken by my cell phone (April 2012).

    Thank you! No shortcuts for me. Sometimes I do get a bit depressed because I haven't really lost any weight just inches.

    I finished the 3 months program. Besides cleaning up my diet, I started running (shorter but faster), hill sprinting, boxing, & lifting (heavy). I am still doing the TF sessions but selected favorites only like the HIIT training.

    Edit to add: I am also on Day 22 of 30-Day Shred by Jillian Michaels.
