Need help sleeping!!!

anyone know of natural ways to help sleep? I work out and eat well but cannot seem to get to sleep at night. I know a full night sleep is important for muscle and wieght loss.... help..

    You could try chamomille tea, lavendar scent in a warm bath, or melatonin (only use the ones that melt under your tongue ... the caplets don't seem to work as well).

    Try reading some Chaucer. Trying to come to terms with text written in Middle English puts me to sleep in seconds.
