Sooooo hungry!

I am so freakin hungry right now! I am on night shift, already gone over my calories for the day and am still starving! Have drank water, have tried to keep myself busy, nothing is working!!! Any ideas out there? Should I just eat the rest of my deficit that is built in and have a maintenance day?

I don't know what to do!!!!

    That's probably your body telling you what it needs. I would eat something filling in order to maximize the calories. Sometimes I eat a bowl of oatmeal in the evening if I'm really hungry. I even keep oatmeal in my desk at work in case of emergencies.
