The scale indicates that i have lost 12lbs.I measured myself this morning and i am down 4 inches around my waist....
am i seeing things or is this possible:happy:

Good news: totally possible!
It means you've lost some weight, and possibly added a little muscle (muscle is more dense than fat, so it weighs more by volume). Great job!!0 -
