Low Cal Quiche recipe??? Anyone, please :)

Google "weight watchers quiche" the two I have made (and are both awesome) are the bacon Swiss and the broccoli kind...I even served the broccoli recepie at easer and no one even knew it was lower cal. Yummmmmm!!!0

I make a crustless quiche-which is filled with protein and veggis!!! Here try it
2 eggs
4 egg whites
1/2c asiago, parm and romano cheese
3/4c greek yogurt fat free plain
veggis-onion, mushroom, spinach, aspargus and whatever else u like
1. saute veggis in a non stick pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray
2. mix eggs, egg whites, cheese, yogurt and veggis together in bowl
3. pour mixture into a quiche dish/pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray
4. bake at 350 degree oven for about 30minutes0 -
I make a basic quiche with different extras every week. My standard base is: 2 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 cup of either fat free, 1% or soy milk, and 3 oz or so of a shredded gruyere/swiss blend or 3 tablespoons of goat cheese. The extras I have added are seitan (fake meat), spinach, mushrooms, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, leaks, asparagus, all sorts of goodies
Basic recipe: spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. preheat the oven to 350 (one recipe calls for 425...may work better). whisk eggs with egg whites. whisk in the milk. toss in the cheese and whisk some more. Put it in the pan. Cook For six servings, that base is (let's use the soy milk for the example) is about 100 calories a piece. When you add your goodies, you'll cook them first, wait for them to cool a bit, and add them to your bowl of eggs/milk/and cheese to coat it all really well...and then poor in the tin. I typically have to bake mine for at least an hour.

sw quiche
3 eggs, any veg u like, quark (fat free cottage cheese and wafer thin ham, an herbs u want and 30g cheese
line the flan dish with the ham
add the veg any u like (often have mushrooms, peppers,onions)
mix the eggs and quark together with herbs and tip in dish ensuring veg are covered
add a light dusting of any cheese u want be it fat free or normal (30g) and sliced tomato to decorate
