Has anyone got any healthy snack ideas to fill up your calorie intake per day?

Lets say your 100/200 calories short - what do you eat?

    I like high quality sardines in olive oil (I drain the oil). King Oscar is a good brand. I sprinkle fresh pepper and lemon juice on them.

    Handful of seeds (eg. pumpkin or sunflower), few nuts (eg. pecans, almonds, brazil nuts), couple of dried apricots, 2 squares of dark chocolate, glass of milk, glass of almond milk, banana, apple, spoonful of peanut butter. Not sure of exact cals, depends how much you have, but these are my usual healthy choices to meet my cal goal.
