Made this tonight for supper...YUM!
Flatout brand flat bread
Contadina - Pizza Squeeze Pizza Sauce, 1/4 cup
Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, 1/3 cup
4 large black olives, sliced
2 T. chopped onion
Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni Slices, 17 slices
Spread sauce on flat bread, add toppings and cheese, Bake until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes or so.) Super fast and easy!
346 Calories, 27 g. Carbs, 20 g. fat, 26 g. protein, 10 g. fiber, 24 g. calcium
This makes a very satisfying serving size, about the equivalent of 2-3 slices of other types of pizza, and you get the whole thing for 346 calories!

I have been making this for a few months now. It is the best. Seriously curbs a craving for pizza! I eat this for lunch 2 to 3 times per week!0

yep make mine the same way but instead of black olives i use fresh mushrooms and onions. And I use fat free shredded mozarella!! It's Yummy!! And I have found that for some reason it is better grilled on the grill than baked in theoven!!0

i do the same thing with flatout...except instead of pizza sauce i blend a can of fire roasted tomatoes and put spinach, tomatoes, and reduced fat mozzarella on top...sometimes with chicken0
-
Also if you put the flatout only in the oven for about 3-4 minutes before you put on the toppings it makes the bread a little crispy...MMMMM0

I'll have to try that out. I love my pizza!0
