Made this tonight for supper...YUM!

Flatout brand flat bread
Contadina - Pizza Squeeze Pizza Sauce, 1/4 cup
Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, 1/3 cup
4 large black olives, sliced
2 T. chopped onion
Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni Slices, 17 slices

Spread sauce on flat bread, add toppings and cheese, Bake until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes or so.) Super fast and easy!

346 Calories, 27 g. Carbs, 20 g. fat, 26 g. protein, 10 g. fiber, 24 g. calcium

This makes a very satisfying serving size, about the equivalent of 2-3 slices of other types of pizza, and you get the whole thing for 346 calories!

    I have been making this for a few months now. It is the best. Seriously curbs a craving for pizza! I eat this for lunch 2 to 3 times per week!

    yep make mine the same way but instead of black olives i use fresh mushrooms and onions. And I use fat free shredded mozarella!! It's Yummy!! And I have found that for some reason it is better grilled on the grill than baked in theoven!!

    This sounds great.....But I am lazy sometimes and go with the Lean Cuisine pizzas. Really good.

    i do the same thing with flatout...except instead of pizza sauce i blend a can of fire roasted tomatoes and put spinach, tomatoes, and reduced fat mozzarella on top...sometimes with chicken

    Also if you put the flatout only in the oven for about 3-4 minutes before you put on the toppings it makes the bread a little crispy...MMMMM

    i do 2 pizzas both sw style

    1 os smash pizza

    need
    1 egg
    1 pk smash (any flavour
    1 cup passata
    herbs and spices to your liking
    any meat
    and veg
    cheese (he)

    use any smash u want use 1/2 the recommend water and 1 egg mix to a dough and bake for 15 mins then turn over and bake again then take out

    mix herbs and passata together and spread over the dough
    add vegs then sprinkle with cheese and cook until golden

    enjoy

    or for 8 syns

    1 Warburton square wrap (8 syns)
    1 cup passata
    herbs and spices to your liking
    any meat
    and veg
    cheese (he)

    spread the passata over the square then add topping and cheese
    cook until golden and enjoy
