How good is it really to weigh yourself everyday? is it better in the morning or at night before bed?

I don't weigh myself every day. You weight can fluctuate in either direction from day to day........my suggestion would be to weigh yourself every week, same day, and same time. I also know that you weigh heavier at night than you do in the mornings, so I suggest that you weigh yourself in the mornings! Also be aware that when you weigh yourself, take into account of the type of clothing you have on and wear the same things........it will help the number be more accurate.0
