Feelin' Healthy! Wanna go for a run outside :)

I wanna go for a lovely run today but my boyfriend wants to go after he gets off work...damn.


Do you think I would be ok to do like an hour on the elliptical or would i be better off walking for an hour on the treadmill.


I want to lose weight so bad, I just need a little advise :) I don't wanna OVER do it either. I plan on doing push ups, crunches and all that too.

    I don't think overexercising would be a problem unless you're doing it to the point of exhaustion. Just remember to hydrate!
    To answer your other question... I tend to burn more calories on the elliptical, but the treadmill works my butt more. So it's whatever you're trying to work on, I guess.
