how to calculate calories burned

during an Earth Day cleanup? There was walking and bending over to pick up garbage, but I have no idea how to track how many calories were burned. How should I calculate this?

My suggestion is that you just consider it your contribution to Mother Nature and don't worry about the calorie burn. Unless you really raised your heartrate for an extended period of time, it really isn't a workout anyway.
Some people spend too much time fretting over the calories-in, calories-out calculations that they just don't have fun anymore.
