That's odd..

Um.. For the past 1 week, I seemed to be gaining inches rather than losing. That's odd. I am regularly going for walking (no weights, only brisk walk) & watching what I eat. My tops seemed to have gotten a little tighter... esp. around my arms, tummy & thighs. Altogether I feel swollen. I am also drinking enough water. What could be causing this?

Your weight is going to fluctuate (size too). This is normal. Just stick to your plan and try not to measure or weigh yourself too often.0

My boobies arent going down Ive lost 4inches on my waist and 3inches on my hips but 1 on my boobs in 12 weeks?
As said just carry on it will come off eventually x0 -
Too much sodium could be causing you to retain more water.
And, I don't know if this is a possibility, but could you be pregnant or are you expecting AF anytime soon? I know whenever I get pregnant I don't gain weight for the first 3-4 months, but my waist and hips get bigger...0 -
if its your 'time of the month' that could be the reason - ive seen me bloat up more than 10lbs the week before it happens0

Nope.. It is not AF... 11 days more for that.. & I normally feel bloated only a few days before AF. & too early to show any changes because of pregnancy (& not keeping hopes high since I have PCOD). Not sodium either because I don't have much of salty food.

I know you said you dont care for salty foods, but there is a lot of sodium hidden in a lot of foods. just a possibility0

I find that now I'm working out more, I become exhausted and can't suck in my tummy and pretend i'm not fat any more! So my tops feel tighter because of that sometimes lol0

If you just started working out, it could be water weight. You would have had to be really sedentary for just walking to break down your muscles enough to cause water retention, but I suppose its possible.
And because it is my personal mission to get all ladies to lift, I'll mention that if you want to keep the muscle you do have and just lose fat, you should weight train. Without weight training, up to 1/4 of the weight you lose can be muscle. Using somewhat crude bodyfat measures, I'm pretty sure I lost 7 lbs of muscle in my first 30 pounds do to not providing a stimulus to tell my body it needs to keep its muscle. I've gained almost a pound of muscle since I started lifting, while still losing weight.0 -
Thank you all.. feeling a little better by today..0
