Love this thread!! I love Halloween and dressing up, I usually go for a movie theme (love your Kill Bill one BTW). I'll take any excuse for a costume party and am already excited and planning costume ideas for this year's Halloween.
This was last Halloween (and also my 40th birthday party). Me as Carrie
And this wasn't Halloween but this year's carnival. Me as a droog (A Clockwork Orange)

I don't have a picture on this computer, but my fave was when my friend and I dressed in windsuits and went wround playing the body break theme song. Introducing ourselves as Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod. lol0

Halloween is my absolute favorite thing ever, and there are a few of us that go in a theme. I used to make all of our costumes, but that was really time consuming, so now I only make a few and we buy the rest!
Not Halloween, but a showgirl costume for a ball I was attending:
Pirates theme 2007 I made this costume, my friend's costume (not pictured), and most of my husband's:
He-Man theme 2008. I was Evil-Lyn, and my husband was Skeletor (covered in blue liquid latex!) I made everything except He-Man's (my brother) muscles:
Star Wars (mixed) theme 2009. I was Asajj Ventress and my husband was Darth Maul. My brother (not pictured) was Lando Calrissian and was the best costume I have ever made due to it's sheer ridiculous-ness!
Street Fighter theme 2010. I was Sakura, my husband was Ken, my brother was Ryu, my ex-sister in law was Chun-Li, and my mom was movie Cammy:
G.I. Joe theme 2011. I was The Baroness, husband was Cobra Commander, brother was Storm Shadow, and brother's girlfriend was Lady Jaye:
And finally, for fun I painted myself like a calavera for Dia de los Muertos last November:

This is from last Hallowe'en, I was Ke$ha. It wasn't my all time favorite costume, but it's my favorite one that I have pictures of lol. I'm on the right.
This is why it's my favorite, It gave me an excuse to buy a Bedazzler, which I've wanted since I first saw it on Amazing Discoveries lol. And yes I know, I have no butt lol.

A few years ago, I got invited to a Halloween party only hours before, so I needed a costume fast. I went to the thrift store across the street from my house and got a pink short-sleeved sweater and white belt and managed to crochet a pink beanie. I had an old brown wig and cut it into a bob. Then I just wore my jeans and glasses with it and went as Meg Griffin.0

I don't have pics on my ipad, but my personal favorite was hallowe'en in grade 12, i went as an outhouse. Built it in shop class. My best looking one was when our entire rugby team, basketball team and band went as zombies: michael jackson style. Took us the whole month to get the dance right.0
