I want to buy a bicycle!

Unfortunately, I just had the most terrifying thought I can imagine: What if I break it?

Today, I weigh right around 340 pounds. Is there a weight limit on bicycles? Do I need to look for a specific style?

    I got a nice Trek 4300 and I weigh way more than you. It would be a great bike.

    Go to the page that is linked, scroll down and you will find an entire sub-forum dedicated with tons of members making posts every day about this specific topic. You can get lost on the other sub-forums there as well, they have nutrition and training, etc. forums and people are (for the most part) very helpful. I discovered myfitnesspal (and mapmyride - I use it on every ride) through bikeforums.
