When I joined, I had set my activity to Sedentary and put that I would do 4 - 45min workouts a week. I've been working out in some form every day, so I changed that and after reading posts, I realize that I'm not Sedentary, Im lighty active, so I changed that as well. Now Im a bit confused as to why my calorie intake jumped up from 1,660 to 1,830.
I also don't really understand the 500 cal deficit and how I create this.
Please help :P
*I copied and pasted this from my Goals section*

I think that the normal day activity calories of 2330 is what you would consume a day to maintain your weight with the activity level you put in and to lose the 1lb a week you put in your profile you need to subtract 500 calories a day to achieve that which is the 1,830 cal...that's how I understand it anyways, hope I'm not misleading you0
