Random food weight!!!

Random question... I'm eating baked sweet potato, when I add it to my diary is it the weight before baking or after its baked... As they weigh much less after being cooked so I wasn't sure! Thanks

    I use this for my baked sweet potato
    Sweet potato - Cooked, baked in skin, without salt (Sweetpotato)
    It lets you pick a cup or small, medium etc for serving size.
