Headache, Fatigue after eating dinner???!!!!

Almost every evening I get a headache and extremely tired after I eat dinner- within 5 minutes of finishing the meal. Any ideas as to why?

  I'm finding that it happens most often after a meal with chicken breast, but I'm not completely sure that's the cause. Unless there's a reason it could be.
