I think I'm going to have my period in a couple of days (3 maybe? or 2) it varies monthly. but i'm having the worst symptoms. My belly is swollen. It's usually very flat but i could pass for a 3 month pregnant lady. My boobs also grew like 1/2 a cup size and it hurts so much to run, jog, or even sit in a bumpy car. i've barely eaten today because i feel so nasty and bloated. And, I can't exercise because it hurts too much

    take a hot bath, have a nice glass of h2o and hit the sack. tomorrow will be a better day

    The best thing you can do to feel better is exercise. Put on a good sports bra and get to the gym - you will feel better! Hope you feel better soon.

    i actually put on my best sports bra and starting doing some cardio. Awful mistake, believe me

    Sure your not pregnant??? If not i suggest some over the counter medicine, a long hot bath or a warm compress on your tummy and a glass of wine! Relax and rest until it gets better! If not better in a couple of days please go see your GP! We don't want anything happening to you! Hope you feel better soon! xoxox

    lol i am sure. i am about to have my period. at most i have cramps, and my breasts get a little tender but this is over the top

    Diet change and adding exercise can make ToM either good or bad. Mine have gotten better. Anyway, I third using hot compress/bath and just relaxing.

    Try some extra water. Maybe you ended up with extra salt in your system which has made you retain a lot of water. At some point, if you drink enough it makes you pee out a bunch. If you're sure you're not preg then try a diuretic. I think asparagus is mildly diuretic too.
  • I'd say take some midol and draw yourself a nice hot bath and just relax for a while. Once you're out I suggest having some tea or soup. I like to lounge on the couch so I can rest it on my belly between sips/bites :)
