CLEAN EATERS: Tomatoes??

I stopped using jar spaghetti sauce years ago. But I still use the canned stuff. How do you make tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes?

    I do a lot of canning with tomatoes, salsa and.sauces. You can add me as a friend if you are going to can, or your can freeze most of these.

    Get a ball canning book. I followed that recipe but I improved more green pepper and garlic into mine. I canned 55 jars of spaghetti sauce last August.
