My NVS that brought me to tears

I have lost 32 pounds so far in about three months and today i put my bathing suit on to go play out with my kids decided to take our dodgeball game to the slip n slide talk about exercise.. Ok I am getting off track I took a pic of me in the bathing suit and for the first time ever i wasnt embarassed to see my body.. I could see my stomach isnt poking out as far, my thighs have gotten smaller my butt has gotten smaller and even my arms.. The more I look at the picture I cry... I never thought I would see so much progress this fast.. I remind myself everyday why I am doing this and now this picture is a bigger reminder..

    That is wonderful!!!! Day by day and pound by pound we see differences but until you can physically see the difference in a picture is doesn't seem to "count". CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

    Thank you all this is my second NVS but this one had more of an impact on me.. its nice to see clothes get bigger but to see it in your body all together feels even better.. And i love this site with all the wonderful support..
