Just made this--delicious!! You can save calories by skipping the crust and eating it like a fluff.

    BTW: I saw your screen name and thought of Issaquah. Sure enough, that's where you are. I lived there from 1992-1999, while I was working at Siemens Ultrasound (which has since moved). I really loved Issaquah. I lived right behind the old library/park in one of those 3 townhouse duplexes on the dead end cul-de-sac. Good luck here on MFP.

    Thank you and yep been here (on the Plateau) 35 yrs--sure has changed in that time. We used to live way out in the country, now surrounded by developments, but still beautiful.
