It's going to be an exercise weekend so watch out!
I've been asked to: go for a bike ride, meet someone at the gym, and go for a hike with husband. Austin in April is like fitness central. It's crazy.
Yesterday I went to water aerobics. Couldn't wear the HRM so entered it under mfp calories - like just under 300. Haven't done it in years, but I think it's gotten easier. I also walked a mile and did the Jilian portion of BL sculpt. I didn't have time for the entire thing because, ironically enough, I was out buying some new workout pants. I'll learn to hate Bob soon. Wasn't crazy about the yoga in the segment - HR went down and the Iyengar in me frowned at the planks and dogs.
Today is another round of water aerobics - hate the way the pool smells and can't seem to to get it off me - and some more walking.

Good morning! A special hello to kjllose today! Hope you and everyone else is doing well! We got a foot of snow yesterday. So much for any plans that I had! Actually this is a good excuse to get out of a few things. I'm pretty sure I have a sinus infection and am feeling pretty cloudy. I didn't even exercise last night and instead was in bed by 8:30. We will see how I'm feeling later today.

Beautiful out today, so I am going for my hour walk. It will have to be on my muddy gravel roads but there are plenty of hills and valleys so it will be a good hike, taking hubby with me today too, that's a first. Maybe if I get real enthusiastic I will do some arm work tonight. I have decided to post first because it gets me motivated and whatever works I'm willing to try.0

Good morning all. I totally understand, Mary, about hating Bob. I hate him while I'm sweating but LOVE him when I check out my legs & butt:blushing:
I did the BL cardio max today and am heading outside. It's gonna be 75 today so I will sport my new pair of shorts. I'm also proud to announce that I am now in a size 10 pair of jeans. Cosidering I started this journey in a size 20, I couldn't be happier:drinker:

So yesterday I strained my back when I was doing the yard work... took it easy the rest of the day... today I have to do some laundry before class so all I am going to have time for is walking the dog... also gotta pick up my paycheck and pay the money mongers... I hate payday... it throws my whole schedule off and I don't get anything to show for it... Uggghhh...

I'm still taking it a bit easy, so I'm going for a walk today.
On a side note, did the BL sculpt. Since I'd had days off, I did it with 8lb weights (I've been using 5s) and burned the same amount of calories in 25 minutes that I'd burned in all 50 last time. So. . .I'll be using the 8s from now on! I guess that also explains why exercise worked so well to help me lose weight when I was heavier. (duh.) And Mary, I hate the yoga in the middle of sculpting, too. If I wanted to do yoga, I'd do yoga! Kim's section seemed harder and more purposeful to me yesterday. (I think the secret is, I find her kind of annoying.)
A foot of snow? OH, the humanity! I'm so sorry! When will spring come for all?

Greetings from the road.
I'm annoyed with myself -- I ate like crap yesterday, like I haven't done in three months. I don't know what it was. The long day of shooting, the boredom in the hotel room, the lack of healthy options here in the midwest. From now on, eating Charleston Chews in bed is NOT an option.
Ugh.
Anyway, a new day today and I'm off to the hotel gym to get in an hour before driving across Texas. 20 on the elliptical, 30 on the bike, then I've got to hit the road.0 -
Good day to everybody
Got up early and went for a brisk walk with the dog for about 45mins then walked to school another 30 mins then I waded through some ironing and got stuck into the elliptical for 30 mins pretty intensive whilst watching desparate housewives on my hubby's ipod (it works better than music don't know why) and just got back from collecting my son from school so another 30 mins walk.
Tomorrow is 25 min total body core strength dvd followed by elliptical for 30 mins and usual walks. Trying to plan fro saturday cant decide whether to have another go a billy blanks celebrity fit or go for a 30 mins jog. (the weather may be the decider)
Anyhow hope everybody has a gr8 day.
