Perfect Iced Coffee-cold brewed

This is a recipe for cold brewed ice coffee. I tried this last year and it was delicious. I tried it because I have one of those single serve coffee machines and wanted to make a pitcher of iced coffee I could keep in the fridge. Since that would be near impossible to do with the single serve machine this cold brew method solved my problem. I decided to cut the recipe in half and make it more often as I just didn't have the room to make the 2 gallons. Enjoy!

    I use coffee ice cubes in my morning protien smoothie with almond milk and a touch of unsweetend cocoa and I'm definately going to try this.
