    Only take measurements that have an obvious largest point imo, otherwise it will be hard to be consistent. My bodybugg website uses measurements to guess bodyfat % and it asks for: forearm, bicep, thigh, calf, waist, hips, neck, chest

    I also do biceps, underbust, and neck measurements.

    lol I love that the book says 20% and the navy says 28%. My bodybugg calculation (based off of measurements and an unstated formula) gives 21%, my bathroom scale gives 25% I just bought some calipers on Amazon, I'll bet that they will give me some completely new number... Maybe I'll do bodpod testing when I get where I think I wanna be just out of curiousity.

    What kind of weight scale you have?
    I have a Taylor scale. It gave 43% but on this test I'm 28% fat.

    bust = chest
    midriff = 1" below chest
    waist = most narrow part
    upper hip = your belly, about 1-2" below bellybutton
    lower hip = widest part (includes bum)
  • it is called crutch but I don't think you need that measurements.

    here is a cool site with the body measurements : http://www.weightbydate.com/pro_screen_body.htm
