control of your binge eating

what are some things that cause you to binge? stress? TOM? what do you do to fix it? what are some mental exercises I can do to work through times where I feel like i am about to lose all self-control and overindulge?

  • Boredom!! Make all your binge foods harder to get to... high shelf in a container etc... write yourself a note on the bag, box something that makes you think a little, like, "Really?" haha
