Hey,
CrossFit is not in the database. How do you enter your workouts? I have just been adding it as high intensity aerobics...

I just manually created my own exercise0

I put it in as boxing. As I was researching, this was the closest thing in MFP that would give me the calories burned during a WOD.0

Seems like there should be a better way than "boxing" or guessing what the calorie burn is for a WOD.
I tried putting in squats and chin ups (today's butt kicker) but I don't think that really captured the cardio aspect.
Snkeller, how did you create your own? Details?0 -
Get a good heart rate monitor and log that way. Otherwise you will never really know for sure.0

I would think that it is better classified as circuit training or calisthenics.0

HRM FTW0

Because of the variety of WODs I would really rely on a HRM to be certain.0

I would definitely say the heart rate monitor is going to do it. You might do some crazy AMRAP that will leave you dead one day and then do 7 sets of 1 deadlift the next day. They wont burn the same amount so you cant just use boxing or circuit training.0
