Has anyone just added protein powder to pancake mix?

I don't have the time to make protein pancakes from scratch so I was wondering has anyone just added a scoop or two of protein powder to pre-made pancake mix? If so did it come out good?

    I used a Bisquik mix and a scoop of chocolate protein powder, was quite tasty.

    I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder to a package of blueberry whole wheat pancakes. I also used milk instead of water and added an egg. I made 25 silver dollar pancakes, so the calories are low and 4 takes care of my pancake craving.
