your order of priority for these three devices in your health and fitness regimen:
hrm - to accurately measure calorie output
food scale - to accurately measure calorie input
mobile device - to log conveniently
my ranking is: (1) mobile device, close (2) food scale, distant (3) hrm

Mine are the same.0

Food scale, HRM, then my mobile.
I've never used my mobile and the other two I've only used in the last year, but they've changed how I log my food/exercise in a good way!0 -
Food scale, nix the other two.0

Mobile, and the others are both wayyyyy. Down but HRM first the scale0

food scale, mobile, hrm0

1-HRM
2-Scale(I use a lot of teaspoons/tablespoons - that would be my 1st) but I don't weigh anything
3-Mobile - Being able to log conveniently.(I don't use my mobile) Distant 3rd0 -
Don't have a smart phone anymore (but I'm home most of the time and on here constantly now) and don't have an HRM...guess it's the darned scale for me!0

Food scale. Don't have a HRM, can't figure out which one to buy. Only have my laptop.0

Mobile device - Iphone - scanner on the app is the best tool, saves loads of time.
Food Scale - have 1 - to me this is necessary to get portions correct.
HRM - really have no desire to have one - Just go by the calories the Elliptical at the gym says or MFP on strength training. ( I think they are low for my workouts)0 -
1.HRM. 2. Scale. 3. Mobile device0

Mobile Device (MFP)
My food scale is ESSENTIAL for knowing what I eat. My HRM is an advantage, but I can get a fairly good idea of my burn from MFP and Endomondo.Having MFP on my mobile isn't important to me - I downloaded the app, but I don't use it. I pre-log 90% of the time, and can make adjustments when I'm at a computer, or I write things down and log when I'm at home.
Mobile device in general would move things up. My mobile with Endomondo would be equal to my food scale in importance.0 -
1. Food scale
2. HRM
3. Mobile device (I have one, but haven't loaded the app yet)
Just like the lady above me. If you are over weight, the first thing you need is a food scale. No doubt in my mind.0 -
1. Food scale
2. My Android smart phone and the MFP app for my food journal. The bar code scanner food database is awesome.
3. HRM. I bought a Polar(?) HRM for my gym's treadmills but haven't been back to use it. The battery is probably dead now.0
