My favorite way to do smoothies is to take:
    8oz of orange juice
1/2 to 3/4 of a sliced up banana
about a tbsp of those frozen drink mixes (like strawberry dauquiri or even pina colada)

Put that into a blender or one of those magic bullet things and blend until smooth, then add about 1- 1 1/2 cups of ice and blend it in there.

Not a lot of ingredients, and not a lot of calories, but very tasty and filling. You can add yogurt if you want, but I never do and honestly it doesnt really need it. :)

1/2 cup frozen strawberries, mixed berries, or blueberries
    1/2 skim milk
1/4 low fat vanilla yoghurt (Dannon Light tastes very good)
1 tsp ground flaxseed (the extra fiber and omega-3 is good for you)
    1 tsp vanilla whey powder
1 tsp reduced fat peanut butter
6 ice cubes (more for additional volume)

    Blend til smooth.
    Approximately 200 calories

This recipe is adapted from the Abs Diet for Women
