Not sure what either feel like, but probably the one mile since I could favor the other leg while doing it.0

50 sit ups...I look like an idiot running! I have been told this....0

both sound like sitting on cement with a hemorroid.0

Is that coming from experience?  :laugh:0 -
Why isnt "neither" an option here? lol I think I would rather run than try to do sit ups with a cracked tailbone...OUCH!0
-

neither. either one could result in a chronic injury, and then i couldn't exercise.0 -
I've already done the sit-ups with a broken tailbone, and yeah it sucked.
so
I would do the run, I've had worse :yawn:0 -
Never had a cracked shinbone, but I HAVE had a bruised tailbone. Ya don't do anything with a bruised tailbone, so I doubt you would be doing sit ups with a cracked tailbone. Or.. you shouldn't be doing sit ups.. blah blah blah...0

sadly yes
Ive played football with a separated shoulder, which SU UCCKED0 -
I would rather just sit here and eat my popcorn.0

I'd do the situps with the cracked tailbone in bed. I do it now. At least with a mattress there is a lot of cushion. I couldn't do them on the floor though!0

I would probably have to crawl most of the "run"..LOL, ~ but wouldn't even attempt to do sit ups with a cracked tailbone. I found out 2 yrs ago I have arthritis in mine and couldn't imagine the pain if it was cracked!...YIKES, OUCH :sad:0

I will do the one mile with the shin bone...you have to sit all the time and that tail bone would be VERY PAINFUL in all activities...I have had the shiin splints and did ok with that....0
-
both would be horrible...but i'd pick the sit ups...50 sit ups would take a lot less time than running a mile with a cracked shin bone.0

wait...i thought after we did either we'd go back to normal... if we are stuck with the injury until it normally heals id take the cracked shin too for the reasons you mentioned.0 -
I would probally go swimmiing.0
