Hi everyone! It's my first day here and I'd love some friends to motivate me to loss weight and KEEP it off! I love food and hate exercising but I'm determined to change that. Anyone feel the same?

I signed up today too. My sister and I are going on this journey together. We live in Michigan, 150 miles apart but this website has helped us a great deal.
We decided to start with 3 easy steps: 1) Drink 8 glasses of water each day. 2) Exercise 6 days a week for 20 minutes, this can be just walking. 3) Write everything you put into your mouth in a "food journal". We will leave encouraging messages for each other and actually be accountable to each other.
We will put our knowledge into action together!
