make sure you are hydrated and focus on something that isn't a moving part. i can get headaches if i focus on the wheels of my bike, or the moving parts of my elliptical...stuff like that. focus on a stationary object.

all the time. i take 4 ibuprofen about an hour before working out and drink A LOT of water i mean like 1.5liters afterwards otherwise im in tears.The link loves2rescue posted is where i got my info as well
