I know its not the best for you and is probably very processed but I thought I would try it. I was wonder if anyone else has ever tried one before and if so what is a good healthy side to make with it and how did you cook the ham?

We eat it often. I just cut off slices and fry it with a little bit of butter. Or it's good in omelets.

I mean, they are good, don't get me wrong. It's better than actual ham as far as fat goes. what you can do is take it to the deli in the store and have them cut it however you want! Most grocery store delis will do this for free, plus you get uniformity.

    As for preparation ideas...

Egg White Omelet with chopped TH
    Salad w/ chopped TH
    Ham steak & veggies
    Sliders on low cal bread
    TH & limas (YUM)

Hope that helps! I've been buying the John Morrell 98% Fat Free presliced ham. 40 cals a slice.

I baked it with brown sugar mixed with pineapple bits and then I throw in maraschino cherries...
