Okay, here goes nothing...if this does not work, someone please give me a hand. I seem to be a little MFP challenged!

My journey began Feb 1, 2012. SW was 290 (286 with MFP) and today I am at 257-ish (Thursday is Weigh Day, hence the -ish)

Thought I would *try* to share pics, but if this does not work and someone can help, I would much appreciate your kindness!

Thanks, Bobbie

  • Flickr is horrible for linking :( Not sure how to do it correctly (You have the img part fine)

    Try photobucket!

    That being said, great job!

You've done really well! :D You can definitely tell in the pic of you from the side- very impressive!

Can't help with the pics- the coding looks fine. I use photobucket- it's easier!

Start with an online photo hosting site like Flickr or Photobucket. Upload your photos there. I use photobucket and find it really simple. Once upload, check the resolution pixel size of your photo. A lot of photos from decent digital cameras will be in the 900x1200 size area. Resize down so the largest dimension is in the 550-600 range or it won't display correctly on MFP. Save. Copy the direct link address URL to the photo.

Flickr might require making the photo and / or album public, not sure on that.

    Here on MFP:
[ img ] paste URL [ /img ] only do that without any spaces anywhere.

Hi Bobbie!! Very nicely done... amazing the difference! You should be very proud!!
I cheated and copied / pasted the pic URL into my browser!
  • Upload your photos to Photobucket.com

Place cursor over thumbnail of pic & click Share

Click on the tab that says Get Link Code

Highlight & Copy the full size code for IMG for bulletin boards & forums

Once you paste the code you must make the IMG on both ends lower case

    That should do it.

Someone has lots of old clothes to choose from in an array of sizes...and has been wearing some of them joyfully! Thank you, though, for that sweet sentiment~it made my day!

I still have a very long way to go, but I can definitely see a difference! The before was about 10 lbs lighter than my heaviest.
