While i was planning out my exercises i found that my cals in and my projected cals burnt are about the same....
does this mean i need to eat that amount again?

I wouldn't eat the calorie deficit you create through exercise, but that is what the website wants you to do. I think it's okay to eat a bit more on exercise days, but if you burn 400 calories in exercise and then turn around and consume an additional 400 calories, you'll build a bit of muscle which is good, but you won't lose as much additional fat which is bad. When I burn a lot of calories at the gym, I typically eat a quarter of them (if any) back, no more.0
