:happy: Hello everyone,
I am back on mfp again and this time its for good!

Where shall i start???

I gave birth to my lovely son jack on 15/12/2011 and after i was settled in a nice rountine with him, i thought right i really need to do something about my weight its the heaviest i was at the time weighing at 244.
so i started eating healthy going out for walks with the kids feeling really good about it lost 6 pounds, i was really happy with my progress.
a month later we had saved up enough to move in to a bigger house, fantastic! but not for my weight loss for a while we only had a freezer which ment i gave in to ready meals oven food and take aways :(
Then 2 weeks after we had moved in we went away to my partners mother's, when we came back we found our house had been burgled, they had taken 100s of pounds worth of goods, i was scared angry so many emotions i began to comfort eat.....

I am now slightly heavier weighing 249, because of how the burglary effected me i now get panic attacks and anxiety.
i believe that losing this weight will help me over come some major problems and issues i am suffering with at the moment.

Please feel free to add me, really need all the support on this my small goal is 2lbs a week over all i want to lose 100+ lbs

    Good luck, feel free to add me. I'm here for the second time as well - but this time going much better. I've finally found a diet that suits me. :D
