Happy St George's Day

Most people won't celebrate St George's day here. In fact the weird thing about it is we celebrate St Patricks day a hell of a lot more. Go figure!0

Hi
I usually celebrate by having scones with jam and cream for an afternoon tea whether at work or home. Not this year - I don't even want to begin adding the calories in it!!0 -
Ha - that's why I posted Happy St George's Day, both the English & the Scots don't celebrate their saints day as they should but go mental for St Patrick's Day??? I suppose it says a lot about the Brits drinking habits.
I hit 80% of my goal weight loss today (woo hoo), so I changed my profile to lose 1 lb a week which has given me an extra 200+ calories to eat a day. I have already been swimming & plan to hit the gym straight from work so I intend to fit my afternoon St George's Day tea into my calorie allowance :happy:0
