The more stressed I am the more I want to eat and the less I want to exercise. Anyone have any helpful and healthy tips to deal with my stress better so I don't gorge myself?

I'm in the same boat. When I'm stressed and tired after spending 5 hours in school studying, then going to work for 8 hours till 9:30 at night, I really don't have the energy or motivation to drag myself to the gym. I find that having a workout buddy who will kick your butt into going and drag you along whether you want to or not helps.0
