Time for a change

I am new to this site. I have been yo yo dieting, seems like forever. I would really like to get on track and stay there. I need to loose at least 80 pounds. My first goal is to loos 35 pounds. That will get me to 200. I really need help. I have horible eating habbits and sit at a desk all day. Time for a change
