10 Minute Trainer 30 Day Results!

I've been on MFP since around October of 2011. I did great with logging my food and was losing weight by keeping track. I then got into a slump and tried going to the gym, but couldn't stick with it consistantly. A friend of mine is a Beachbody coach and I signed up for a 30 day challenge doing Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer program. I followed the workout calendar and mostly stuck to the meal plan included. I accomplished 2 of the goals I had set for myself in this 30 days. These were goals I had been working towards for quite a while and just wasn't getting there. The first goal I had was to get under 200 lbs, which I did! The 2nd was to get my BMI out of the obese range and I did it too! In the 30 days I went from 206.8 to 195.4 and lost 8". I am going to start another Beachbody program soon. I know by body responds well to exercise and I finally starting getting consistant with doing workouts. Here are my pictures. I don't know that I see much difference, but I know I am working towards a healthier me and this is just the first 30 days:)

    You can definitely see a big loss overall! Your body is re-shaping itself and you look great! Keep up the amazing work you're doing! :) I know you can do this!!!
