    Are you kidding about be kind....You look amazing, and all of your hard work has really paid off. Good for you. You should be super proud of the work that you have done. If anyone thinks what you have accomplished so far is easy, they haven't tried to lose weight. I think you look fantastic. I'm glad you mentioned the Jillian Michaels program, I've been thinking about getting it. I've heard so many mixed reviews on it, I'm glad I got to read your post about it. Keep up the great work, Kim.

    If you decide to get it, you won't be sorry. It's a great program and literally, every workout is 27-35 minutes long. Anyone can fit that in!
