Definitely eat more. No one should go under 1200 calories without speaking to their doctor first. The human body needs food for fuel and your metabolism will slow down to compensate. That's my two cents.0

Like others have said, you need to eat more.
If you have a good workout, approx 400 calories, You should be eating ~ 1600 calories that day.
What you've said is you eat 975 calories, and maybe 400 or so calories are getting burned from your workout.
Your body is getting a net calories of 575.
Starvation mode!

It might have to do with your lack of calorie intake. You need a specific amount of calories for your body to not store fat. If it thinks it is going without, it will store what you put into it.
