Very Yummy FF Banana Muffins

Made these today! They are very yummy!
Makes 12 servings
Delicious, moist muffins with no fat, no sugar, and few calories.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 365 degrees (farenheit).
Whisk dry ingredients in large bowl.
In a seperate bowl mash bananas and egg whites thoroughly.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until blended.
Pour mixture into 12 paper cupcake liners in muffin tin.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven when toothpick can be inserted into center of muffin and comes out clean.

I made these the other day and when they first came out of the oven, I thought, gosh they look pathetic. I thought they tasted pretty lame too, but it really only took me a few bites to get used to them (def not a 400 calorie muffin I'm used to) I ended up loving them, and have had two for breakfast for three days in a row. Am going to try a recipe for banana and light maple syrup muffin I saw on emilybites.com next.0
