I love to eat. Sweets r not my thing. But food in general. I am always hungry. I did MFP a year ago and lost 35 lbs in one month,of course with a little help from a friend but gained it all back recently. Please give me some sugestions. What to eat that will fill me up or satisfy my hunger. HELP!

  • I find that eating foods high in protein tend to satisfy my hunger & allow me to get thru between meal times w/o snacking. My favorites are cottage cheese, eggs, peanut butter and chicken. Sweets are my downfall, so I stay away from candy, cookies, pastries, etc.
    Welcome back & good luck!:flowerforyou:

Welcome back and good luck on your weight loss journey .....what seems to fill me up is almonds, fruit, salads, celery w/ reduced fat peanutbutter or an apple with reduced fat peanutbutter ....fruit smoothies and chicken w/ veggies and sweet potatoes or brown rice ...again good luck:flowerforyou:
